Means that you can hire equipment for one day. For example, you pick up the equipment on Wednesday, you have to return it on Thursday.

Of course. You will get 2 fully charged battery and even the charger if requested. We would charge extra for battery grips though - please, refer to price list in accessories section.

We will provide one for you free of charge based on what's in stock at the moment (usually 8GB Extreme III or better).

We are located on Birmingham st in Alexandria, just 5km from Sydney CBD area. It takes less than 10 minutes to drive or around 20 minutes by public transport.
Our outlet is located at 15 Birmingham st, very close to Botany and Gardeners rd intersection in Alexandria. Click the map for the exact location.

Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Pick ups and returns after hours and on Saturday and Sunday by appointment are usually fine.

No, currently we do not. We will however record your credit card number and we will keep it until the equipment gets back. No funds will be transfered or pre-authorized when hiring. As much as we trust you - the photographers, we need to protect ourselves too. We will only process the payment if the equipment comes back damaged, does not come back in time and you fail to contact us, or does not come back at all.
We do take some time to verify our customers and if you are a new customer and in particular circumstances, we do reserve the right to charge a part of or the whole deposit. We will advise you about that within 24hrs from your first enquiry.
