How can I place an order?

What does 1 day hire means?

Means that you can hire equipment for one day. For example, you pick up the equipment on Wednesday, you have to return it on Thursday.

With your cameras, do you also supply batteries?

Of course. You will get 2 fully charged battery and even the charger if requested. We would charge extra for battery grips though - please, refer to price list in accessories section.

What about memory cards?

We will provide one for you free of charge based on what's in stock at the moment (SANDISK 16GB Extreme PRO or better).

Where are you located?

We are located on Birmingham st in Alexandria, just 4km from Sydney CBD area. It takes about 10 minutes to drive or 20 minutes by public transport. Our outlet is at 15 Birmingham st, very close to Botany and Gardeners rd intersection in Alexandria.

What are your opening hours?

Very much 24/7. Pick ups and returns after normal business hours and on Saturday and Sunday are by appointment.

Do you charge deposit or pre-authorize credit card?

No, currently we do not. We will however record your credit card number and we will keep it until the equipment gets back. No funds will be transfered or pre-authorized when hiring. As much as we trust you - the photographers, we need to protect ourselves too. We will only process the payment if the equipment comes back damaged, does not come back in time and you fail to contact us, or does not come back at all. We do take some time to verify our customers and if you are a new customer and in particular circumstances, we do reserve the right to charge a part of or the whole deposit. We will advise you about that within 24hrs from your first enquiry.

What should I do if I'd like to keep the equipment for an extra day?

Please let us know as soon as you find out. Unless the equipment in question does have another booking, we're fine with it. Extra charges do apply.

Do you charge GST?

Yes. All prices on our website are inclusive of GST.

I got my job canceled or postponed and won't require the equipment. What should I do?

Let us know ASAP. If you do cancel a day before, you will be charged 25% of the total, for on the day cancellation you will be charged 50% of the total. We're happy to use this fee against your next hire if it comes within 3 months from the cancellation.
