RENTaCAM's rental mini terms and conditions.

Pick up anytime on a day 1 and return anytime on a day 2 (eg: Friday to Saturday) - timing subject to other bookings = if the equipment is due to be returned on the day of your pick up or to be hired to subsequent hirer on the day of your return, we might set a time restrictions on your hire, but we will advice you about this in advance.

Pick up anytime on Friday, return anytime on Monday - timing subject to other bookings.

Pick up anytime on a day 1, return anytime on a day 8 (eg: Wednesday to Wednesday) - timing subject to other bookings.

Pick up anytime during the day, return strictly by 6pm. Can not be combined with any other special or discount.

Pick up on a day 1 anytime after 6pm, return on a day 2 strictly by 9am. Can not be combined with any other special or discount.

Pick up anytime on Tuesday, return anytime on Thursday. Can not be combined with any other special or discount.

Is included in all prices right through the website.

Is to be made in Australian dollars in advance - on pick up or prior our delivery or courier. We do accept cash, eftpos and credit card (with no additional surcharge). If you'd like to use any other method, please let us know. We're happy to accept bank transfer, not so happy about cheques.
If you happen to extend the hire of the equipment, please let us know and we will run the payment on the credit card provided on the pick up day.

Generally not required, we however do reserve the right to ask for it. We will advice you of that in advance.

Is at this stage your responsibility. We're currently 'in talk' with a insurance provider and will let you know about the outcome soon.

We understand your jobs, assignments, shoots can get postponed or canceled. Please let us know as soon as you find out. There's no fee for cancellations over 2 days prior the hire. If you do cancel a day before, you will be charged 25% of the total, for on the day cancellation you will be charged 50% of the total. We're happy to use this fee against your next hire if it comes within 3 months from the cancellation.

You will be charged for the full amount as per booking.

Means gear not returned on the nominated return day. 1 day rental will be charged for each late day.
